1. If you want to get good at recruiting in network marketing the first thing you need to work on is yourself and your confidence. You need to be able to prepare yourself for being rejected and have the abilities to overcome rejection. Confidence is key when it comes to this business.
2. You need to marry the process and divorce the results. Network marketing is a numbers game and when it comes to recruiting in your business you will need to ask a lot of people.
3. Make sure that you’re taking the time to brand yourself through video and provide value to your audience. In order to be successful in recruiting you need people to like, know and trust you.
4. In your network marketing business it’s so important that you use different exposure tools in your process. Tools like the ATM method, company videos, and team calls are all great ways to help you grow your team and recruit more people into your business.
5. Recruiting tip #5 the fortune is in the follow-up so make sure you are organized. I recommend Trello as an option if you want an online system.
6. The key to success in network marketing recruiting is consistency and making sure you’re doing the daily producing income sheets daily.
